Makoshey.com Return Policy
Items returned within 30 days after the order is delivered are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. In order for your return to be accepted, the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, not damaged in any way, any tags factory attached, and returned with its original packaging.
Here’s how it works:
We will send you a free return label. Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and list the items you would like to return. Pack your return in the packaging we used to send the item to you. Within one week, you will receive a notification of your refund for the full amount paid for each item returned.

Damaged and/or Defective merchandise procedures:
First of all, please accept our apology! If you received an item that is damaged/defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org or your return/exchange will not be accepted. If we can replace your item with the exact one you ordered, we’ll ship it to you free right away. If you would rather not receive an even exchange for your damaged/defective merchandise, then return it to us within 30 days of receipt following the returns procedure outlined above, and we will gladly issue a refund based on your original form of payment. We know it can be tough to get the right fit for growing girls. We kindly ask that you refer to our size chart to ensure the best fit before placing your order. If you are unhappy with the size you received, we are happy to exchange it for free. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you the preferred size with a prepaid label to return the original item.
If you find that we sent you the wrong merchandise, we will gladly process an exchange for the item originally ordered. Just send us an email at email@example.com to get the process started. Please understand that we are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed. In these cases your original form of payment will be refunded, plus the shipping and handling fees.
Returns for Makoshey merchandise purchased from another online retailer or physical store:
Please contact the store that you made the purchase from directly and follow their procedures. Makoshey.com is not responsible for any other store’s policies and cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges of merchandise received outside of makoshey.com.
