Items returned within 30 days after the order is delivered are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. In order for your return to be accepted, the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, not damaged in any way, any tags factory attached, and returned with its original packaging.

Here’s how it works:
Visit our Returns Center, then enter your email to get a return started. Select the eligible item(s) you want to send back. You will be able to instantly print return label. Pack your return in the packaging we used to send the item to you. Within one week, you will receive a notification of your refund for the full amount paid for each item returned.

Damaged and/or Defective merchandise procedures:
First of all, please accept our apology! If you received an item that is damaged/defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt at email@example.com or your return/exchange will not be accepted. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if we can replace your item with the exact one you ordered, then the shipping and handling fees to get it back to you are on us. If you would rather not receive an even exchange for your damaged/defective merchandise, then return it to us within 7 days of receipt following the returns procedure outlined above, and we will gladly issue a refund based on your original form of payment. We know it can be tough to get the right fit for growing girls. We kindly ask that you refer to our size chart to ensure the best fit before placing your order. However, we are unable to process exchanges for sizing or order errors made by the customer. We simply ask that you follow the guidelines for returns stated above and place a new order for your desired items. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you find that we sent you the wrong merchandise, we will gladly process an exchange for the item originally ordered. Just send us an email at email@example.com to get the process started. Please understand that we are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed. In these cases your original form of payment will be refunded, plus the shipping and handling fees.
Returns for Makoshey merchandise purchased from another online retailer or physical store:
Please contact the store that you made the purchase from directly and follow their procedures. Makoshey.com is not responsible for any other store’s policies and cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges of merchandise received outside of makoshey.com.
